1.    Order Cancellation Requests

Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled before fulfillment; we are unable to process cancellation requests after the fulfillment.

2.    Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order. However, you can initiate a return or exchange once the item has been delivered. For details, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

3.    Shipping Address Changes

Once an order is processed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate you if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

4.    If You Receive the Wrong Item

If you receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will resolve the issue by arranging a return or exchange.
